Chicago, IL–August 31, 2018–For the second consecutive year, Coyote has been named a Top 3PL provider in the TMS category of Logistics Management’s Quest for Quality awards. Winners are determined by Logistics Management readers, qualified buyers of transportation and logistics services who put their carrier and service partners to test around the clock, around the country, and around the world.
For more than three decades, Logistics Management’s Quest for Quality has been regarded in the transportation and logistics industry as the most important measure of customer satisfaction and performance excellence.
Now in its 35th year, the Quest for Quality awards is the culmination of a six-month research product conducted by Peerless Research Group (PRG). Over 4,500 ballots were cast for the “best of the best” in service excellence across a number of different criteria. Coyote was ranked fifth out of sixteen providers in the TMS category of highest-rated 3PL providers.

About Logistics Management and the Quest for Quality awards
Now in its 53rd year of publication, Logistics Management magazine and logisticsmgmt.com are the leading business-to-business information resources for logistics and transportation professionals in charge of the planning, management, purchase of freight transportation services.
To determine the best of the best, LM readers—logistics, transportation and supply chain decision makers—rate carriers, third-party logistics (3PL) service providers and U.S. port operators strictly on the basis of service quality. One of the most notable elements about the Quest for Quality Awards is that it calls these shippers to vote in the genre of services they actually use; in turn, they vote for the providers that they think have best delivered on quality service in specific niches.
